Bangladesh is a labour surplus country which has enormous unskilled, semiskilled and skilled labours. Due to limited scope of employment opportunities in the country, the present government is trying hard to find out scope for utilisation and exportation of the surplus labour force to different countries of the world with a view to create employment opportunities as well as to alleviate unemployment problem in Bangladesh. As a recruiting agency, Orchard International is always visible to dig out avenues of overseas employment of Bangladeshi workers abroad. During the recent years, the recruiting agency made a commendable job by sending the workers to different countries of Middle East and also in the South Asian Countries from Bangladesh.
