採用から派遣までの流れ
Step 1 : JOB DESCRIPTION | 業務説明
- A Demand Letter with a Power of Attorney are obtained from the Principle/Employer to carry on supply of workforce
- Job description is obtained
Step 2 : DATABASE SEARCH & ADVERTISING | データベース検索及び広告宣伝
- Hunt for suitable candidates begins within our Database
- Jobs are advertised on the Website and on the leading Job Boards & Newspapers.
Step 3 : INTERVIEWING & EVALUATION | 面接と評定
- Detailed Resumes obtained & assessed against the Job Description.
- Process of telephone & face to face Interviews begins.
- Candidates are Tested both Theoretically and Practically, which are being conducted by competent Testing Board and Committee that consists of Professional and Expert Instructors.
Step 4 : ISSUE OF PASSPORT | パスポートの発行
On special recommendation, with instruction from the Government’s Passport Authority, a Passport may be issued in 12 hours
Step 5 : MEDICAL CHECK-UP | 健康診断
- A thorough Medical Check-Up is conducted by a GCC Approved Medical Centre
- Eye, Ear, Lungs, Chest X-Ray, Blood Tests, Urine Tests, Serology, Elisa, VDRL, TPHA & Pregnancy Test
Step 6 : EXECUTION OF CONTRACT | 契約の履行
RITZ & Orchard arranges for the execution of contract between the Employer & the Employees, or itself executes the same with the Employees on behalf of the Principle.
Step 7 : ENDORSEMENT OF VISA/NOC & GOVERNMENT CLEARANCE / IMMIGRATION CLEARANCE | ビザ/NOC及び政府認可の承認入国審査
- RITZ & Orchard arranges for obtaining Visa/NOC from the concerned embassy as soon as possible on receipt of authenticated Power of Attorney from the Principle/Employer.
- RITZ & Orchard by its effort obtain Immigration Clearance for the Expatriate Workers from the concerned authorities.
Step 8 : TICKETING | 国審査
If Pre-paid Ticket Advice (PTA) is not provided by the Principle, RITZ & Orchard arranges for the Tickets for the Expatriate Workers through its allied travel agencies.
Step 9 : TRAINING/SKILL ENHANCEMENT | 職業訓練及び技能向上
- With the help of the Government a large number of Vocational Training Institutes are set up by the Private Sectors.
- They provide necessary foundation orientation course, theoretical as well as practical training to help Expatriate Workers to raise their skills and as such adapting them to the needs of the overseas Employers.
Step 10 : ORIENTATION | 新しい環境への適応指導
- A brief is given to the Expatriate Workers to maintain understanding and cordiality among themselves as well as to overcome the barriers of nationality, language and culture, and above all to abide by the law of the land of their Employment.
- Big construction projects involving innumerable men, huge material and equipment sometimes appear to be really hazardous, but the workers are already briefed about protective clothing, general and specific when any accident occurs and imparted knowledge of first aid treatment.
